Her story so far ...
Winner of three Juno Awards, singer Kim Richardson has an impressive track record. Kim began her career in Toronto and has continued her journey in Quebec since 1988.
Quebec audiences discovered her on “Beau et chaud”. Since then, she has appeared in a series of television shows. We see her regularly on: En Direct de l’Univers, Y’a du Monde à Messe, and Belle et Bum. Kim participates in musicals for the Segal Centre and for Just For Laughs. She has landed several roles in front of the camera, including a principal role in the film Funkytown.
Kim produced two magnificent albums: Kaléidoscope in 2006 and Mes Amours in 2011. Over the years, she has performed in the studio in numerous jingles and in more than 550 albums. Kim shared the stage with illustrious talents such as Celine Dion, Barry White, Stevie Wonder, Corey Hart, Ginette Reno, Diane Dufresne, Lara Fabian, Gregory Charles, Richard Séguin, Roch Voisine, Nanette Workman, Gino Vannelli, and many others…
Kim participated as a guest in major performances such as the arrival of Nelson Mandela or Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth II. Her projects as a soloist take her across the province from one end to the other during festivals, national holidays, benefit concerts, but also during the Alouettes and Montreal Canadiens games. She is comfortable in all styles of music: rock, pop, disco, house, R&B, funk, gospel, jazz, country and classical which gives her the chance and to her great pleasure to vary her artistic collaborations throughout her career.
She is taking part in the last leg of Bruno Pelletier's tour, and will thus begin a new tour of the show "Elles" with Luce Dufault and Lulu Hughes. In addition, "Mon Noël" (My Christmas) returns with more shows this upcoming holiday season. With such a voice and such talent, Kim Richardson attracts praise wherever she goes...
